Stimulus
Fast and heavy hero WOD. The thrusters are legitimately heavy at 155/105 lb — each rep is a near-max effort for intermediate athletes. Short rep counts (5-10-15-20) mean you can push hard each round. Burpees and box jumps are active recovery between the loaded movements. KB swings at the end of each round with hip hinge to flush the legs.
