Stimulus
Hero AMRAP with a mile run anchoring each cycle. The 19-minute cap means most athletes will complete the run and somewhere into the 5 bodyweight rounds before time expires. The air squats (135 total per cycle) and push-ups (90 total per cycle) are high volume — legs and upper body will be taxed after each run. Score by total rounds of the inner couplet completed plus any partial reps.
