Shoulder-taxing 20-minute AMRAP programmed as 'Harris'. Wall walks are the limiting factor — each rep demands full-body pressing strength and shoulder stability while moving into a handstand. Burpee broad jumps add a metabolic burst and forward displacement. Air squats and sit-ups allow partial recovery before cycling back to wall walks. Athletes should target unbroken air squats and sit-ups each round to maximize time on the high-skill movements.
