Ben Bergeron (Linchpin Test 6) four-round grinder with a descending rep scheme targeting shoulders from every angle. Wall balls crush the legs and press the medball overhead; pull-ups demand lat and grip endurance; kettlebell swings extend the hip and challenge the posterior chain; HSPU finish each round with a pressing challenge on already-fatigued shoulders. 21-18-15-12 descending within each round adds urgency.
