- A Ben Bergeron Linchpin triplet built on descending reps (21-14-7) with brutal vertical demand. Wall balls open each round with 21 reps demanding leg drive and shoulder endurance. The 14 handstand push-ups require strict overhead strength. The 7 deadlifts at 315/205 lb are near-maximal for most athletes. The rep scheme provides brief relief after wall balls but the HSPU and deadlift loads make every round a serious test.
