Elite-level single-pass AMRAP chipper designed to test the ceiling of competition readiness. The volume front-loads gymnastics and monostructural work, then transitions to heavy barbell cycling and ring muscle-ups. Most athletes will not complete a full round in 20 minutes — score reflects how far through the chipper you get. The snatches and muscle-ups at the end serve as a finishing gauntlet for the fittest athletes.
