British hero WOD with brutal descending volume. The 50-round is the battle — 50 burpee pull-ups is an enormous amount of compound work. Each rep requires a burpee AND a pull-up, making this a full-body endurance test. Sit-ups between rounds provide a brief change of stimulus but don't reduce intensity. Total reps: 150 burpee pull-ups and 150 sit-ups. Expect to break the large rounds into sets of 5-10.
