Workout Details

Stimulus
Long hero partner WOD with a barbell cycling core. Partners alternate full rounds of the 3-3-3 barbell complex — each athlete does 10 rounds total. The 135/95 lb load is moderate enough to cycle quickly but the volume accumulates: 60 reps of each barbell movement per team. Bookended by a mile run together and push-ups that must each athlete complete individually. Expect sustained moderate-high intensity for 40-50 minutes.
