Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:
Thruster (95/65 lb) (Add 1 rep each minute (min 1 = 1 rep, min 2 = 2 reps, etc.))
Begin rowing at 0:00. At the 1-minute mark, step off the rower and complete 1 thruster. At the 2-minute mark, complete 2 thrusters. Continue adding 1 rep each minute until the 2000-m row is complete. Score is finish time.

- Stimulus
- A CrossFit Mayhem benchmark that forces concurrent work on the rower and barbell. The row begins at zero; at the 1-minute mark, step off the rower and do 1 thruster, then return. At minute 2 do 2 thrusters, at minute 3 do 3, and so on — all while still trying to finish the 2000-m row. The athlete must strategically time their transitions off the rower to complete the required thrusters each minute. The workout ends when the 2000-m row is complete. Score is finish time.
