CrossFit Endurance pyramid run benchmark. Total running distance is 3,200 m. The equal-rest intervals allow near-maximal effort on each run — treat every interval like a hard effort, not a jog. The workout climbs to an 800 m peak then descends symmetrically. Scoring is total elapsed time including rest periods, rewarding athletes who run each interval fast enough to bank less rest time.
