Stimulus
Brutal barbell chipper at a single elite load (135/95 lb) across 5 taxing movements. The burpee penalty at the top of every minute forces athletes to choose: push harder to minimize total burpees, or accept the penalty and manage output. At 135/95 lb, thrusters and push jerks are already demanding — the sumo high-pull at that weight adds extreme trap and shoulder stress. Overhead squats require exceptional mobility. The front squats finish an already-gassed athlete. Similar to Air Force but at heavier weight — this is a true test of elite barbell capacity.
