- Heavy barbell chipper with burpees as the constant. 120 burpees total (12 between every barbell movement) plus 120 barbell reps across 5 different lifts at a moderate-heavy weight. Two full rounds. The burpees accumulate fatigue while the barbell movements test every pulling and pressing pattern.
