- Long monostructural effort followed by high-skill barbell cycling. Expect 1.5-mile run to take 10-14 minutes for most athletes, leaving 11-15 minutes for AMRAP. Heavy barbell and chest-to-bar pull-ups demand excellent gymnastics capacity and efficient transitions. Target 3-5 rounds in remaining time at Rx.
