Stimulus
A double Fran sandwich — two full 21-15-9 Fran couplets bookended and separated by 400-m runs. The lighter thruster weight compared to Fran keeps the barbell cycling fast, but the repeated running means legs are never fresh. The final 400-m run after 90 total thrusters and 90 pull-ups is the real test of will. Expect a sustained moderately-fast effort across 22-28 minutes.
