A Fight Gone Bad-style workout with three full passes through five one-minute stations. Each station runs hot — the goal is max reps on every minute. The shared barbell weight means transitions are instant; the bike provides a brief leg-dominant break before rest. Pacing should be aggressive from the start since the 1-minute rest only partially recovers you.
