Barbell-heavy chipper with a burpee penalty that punishes slow movement. Every minute on the minute, 4 burpees must be performed before continuing — the longer you take per set, the more burpee penalties you accumulate. The 5 barbell movements cover full squat, pull, press, and squat patterns all at the same load. Expect 15–25 minutes depending on efficiency.
