- Punishing triplet EMOM that grinds to a halt. 21 reps per minute with the thruster-pull-up-burpee combo leaves 10–15 seconds of rest when fresh and zero rest by the end. Thrusters tax both the legs and shoulders, pull-ups compound the shoulder fatigue, and burpees burn whatever is left. Score is total complete rounds.
