- Bodyweight chipper with massive volume — 600 total reps of gymnastics work between two 1,000-m runs. The push-ups will be the bottleneck for most athletes; breaking them into manageable sets early is critical. Sit-ups at 200 reps are a grind on the hip flexors and core. The 300 air squats close out the middle block and will have the legs screaming before the final run. Pure mental fortitude test with zero technical barriers.
