Pyramid chipper that builds to 75 pull-ups at the center then mirrors back out. The 100 total push-ups are the volume anchor — breaking them smartly is critical. Pistols bookend the workout as a balance and single-leg demand, while 50 kettlebell swings load the posterior chain. The pull-up wall at 75 reps is where most athletes will spend the majority of their time and where the workout is won or lost.
