- 6 rounds of ascending-rep work from 5 to 20, starting with a short run. Burpees spike heart rate, KB swings and deadlifts tax the posterior chain, then 20 back squats per round (120 total) at moderate weight finish each round with leg-burning volume. The back squat accumulation is the defining challenge.
