- Cyclical hero EMOM — 6 rounds of a 4-movement couplet built around the dumbbell. Each round runs roughly 2 minutes, leaving about 1 minute of recovery. The burpees and TTB spike heart rate; the DB snatches and goblet squats demand grip and hip stability. Athletes should finish each round with at least 30 seconds to spare.
