Five separate 4-minute AMRAPs with 1-minute rest, combining elements of The Chief and a classic deadlift-heavy couplet. Each interval is scored independently — push hard knowing recovery is coming. The 135/95 lb barbell across 3-rep cleans and 12-rep deadlifts tests both Olympic lifting power and pulling endurance.
