Stimulus
Everything-in-the-gym hero WOD in a weight vest. 100-squat buy-in, then descending 50-40-30-20-10 of box jumps, wall balls, and KB swings with a 200m run after each round. Finishes with heavy deadlifts. The vest turns box jumps at 30 inches into a serious injury risk by round 3. Over 750 reps plus a mile of running, all weighted.
