- Rowing buy-in followed by a four-movement bodyweight chipper. The 1000-m row establishes aerobic fatigue before 200 reps of ground-based work. No equipment needed after the rower — all bodyweight movements that compound upper-body and core fatigue. The push-ups are the hardest station; anterior shoulder and chest give out last.
