Workout Details
- Stimulus
- Fight Gone Bad in Tabata format — 5 consecutive Tabata blocks (8 rounds of 20 on/10 off each) with no rest between movements. Each movement gets a full Tabata treatment rather than rotating every minute. The score is total reps across all 40 intervals. Expect high heart rate throughout; the 10-second rest is minimal recovery when repeated 8 times per station.
