- Stimulus
- Heavy weightlifting followed by high-threshold barbell cycling. The 1-rep max portion builds to a true heavy single over 5+ sets. The for-time portion tests ability to maintain position and cycle the barbell under fatigue at submaximal loads. Expect 3-5 minutes on the timed portion depending on barbell cycling efficiency.
