Short, fast barbell cycling AMRAP. Power cleans, front squats, and push jerks are performed at the same load — the bar stays in hand across all three movements, making it effectively a barbell complex followed by a bike flush. At 135/95 lb the barbell cycling should be fast and unbroken. The 9-calorie bike provides a brief aerobic spike between each barbell complex. Goal is 6-8+ rounds. Move the bar with urgency and keep bike transitions quick.
