- Long-duration AMRAP with high bodyweight volume and a fixed cash-out. Each round totals 87 reps — mostly air squats and kettlebell swings that keep the legs working. The light KB weight and moderate push-up count allow sustained effort across the 22 minutes. After the clock runs out, the 431 single-unders serve as a commemorative finisher.
