The thruster and bar-over burpee combination creates relentless shoulder and hip demand, then the assault bike forces cardiovascular recovery before the pattern repeats. At 95/65 lb, the thrusters become significantly harder as rounds accumulate. Expect each round to take 3-4 minutes. This is a sustained effort, not a sprint — pacing the bike to maintain thruster output across all 10 rounds is the key challenge.
