- A Nancy variation that opens each round with heavy squat snatches before the 15 overhead squats at the same load — the snatch transitions immediately into OHS work without re-racking. The 400-m run provides partial recovery before the pattern repeats. Single-bar setup means the squat snatch must be caught in a full overhead squat — athletes who can string snatches into OHS touch-and-go save significant time. The 100/75 lb load is challenging for overhead stability under accumulated fatigue.
