- Stimulus
- A single-movement kettlebell conditioning test originally used by Secret Service and tactical fitness programs. Athletes alternate arms freely, accumulating as many snatches as possible in 10 minutes with the 24/16 kg kettlebell. The test demands both grip endurance and aerobic capacity — elite scores exceed 200 reps. The movement must be a strict power snatch (no swinging into a press). Pacing strategy — when to switch arms, when to set the bell down — is the key skill.
