Stimulus
Descending-distance run chipper paired with ascending barbell volume. The 800-meter opener at moderate effort sets the tone, and then barbell volume grows as run distances shrink. Deadlifts and back squats at 225/155 lb are heavy early. Front squats and cleans at 135/95 lb hit a fatigued lower body and posterior chain. The final 40 cleans are the hardest section mentally and physically. Expect 22-35 minutes.
