Workout Details
- Stimulus
- High-volume triplet with a brutal cycling pattern. Each round is 60 reps at heavy thruster weight — athletes should expect 1–3 rounds depending on fitness level. The 135 lb thruster will force breaks early; unbroken pull-ups and burpees are the recovery. Lung and leg capacity are the limiting factors throughout.
