- Hero WOD triplet — 24 minutes of high-rep burpees, heavy relative-load deadlifts, and pull-ups. The 21 bar-over burpees each round accumulate fast and keep the heart rate elevated before transitioning to 7 heavy deadlifts. Well-conditioned athletes should aim for 5+ rounds.
