- CrossFit Anarchy's running variant of Fran. The 400-m bookends and transitions turn a fast barbell couplet into an extended aerobic-strength test. The runs at 40/30 kg (88/66 lb) keep the barbell heavier than classic Fran — expect the thrusters to slow significantly as the runs accumulate fatigue in the legs. Total of 1,600 m of running woven around the classic 21-15-9 structure.
