Stimulus
Upper-body pulling and pressing strength paired with aerobic work. The handstand push-ups must be consistent across all 5 rounds — the run allows partial recovery. Athletes will feel the shoulder fatigue accumulate by rounds 3 and 4. The run should be at a sustainable pace to keep the HSPU sets manageable.
