- 150-rep hero chipper at moderate barbell weight. All three movements use (or can share) the same barbell load, making transitions seamless. 50 back squats into 50 deadlifts destroys the posterior chain and legs before 50 bar-over burpees — each burpee requires a lateral jump over the loaded bar, making them slower than standard burpees. Expect 18-28 minutes.
