Stimulus
Three-phase hero WOD with progressively heavier power snatches and increasingly demanding midline movements. The workout escalates in barbell intensity across each phase while the core movements progress from sit-ups to knees-to-elbows to toes-to-bars. Athletes who move efficiently through the light opening phase will face real challenge as the snatch weight climbs to 115/85 lb under accumulated fatigue.
