Workout Details

Stimulus
Assault bike-focused four-round grinder. The 40-calorie bike each round is the primary time and conditioning challenge — at moderate effort this takes 2-3 minutes per round. Light dumbbell thrusters and lunges punish the legs before every bike sprint. 120 total bike calories, 80 thrusters, 160 lunges, and 120 sit-ups. Expect 25-38 minutes.
