- High-volume four-movement AMRAP with an unusual time cap (10 minutes 17 seconds). Each round is 44 reps plus a 500-meter row — one round takes roughly 5-8 minutes. The 22 burpees are the pace killer each round; thrusters and KB swings add full-body loading. Most athletes complete 1-2 rounds at Rx. The row provides brief recovery but adds total time per round.
