- Stimulus
- Heavy barbell triplet at 205/145 lb — well above bodyweight for most athletes. The three movements flow sequentially from the floor: clean, squat, press. Each set of 12 reps is performed with bar cycling in mind, but at this load most athletes will single each rep. Grip, legs, and overhead capacity are all taxed over 4 rounds.
