- Technical barbell EMOM requiring 55 clean-and-jerks at a moderate-to-heavy load across 11 minutes. Each minute's 5 reps must be completed with enough time to recover before the next interval. At 135 lb the clean-and-jerk demands full Olympic lifting proficiency — athletes who cannot sustain cycling reps will grind or fail reps as fatigue accumulates. The odd number of minutes (11) gives no clean mental checkpoints and keeps athletes focused through the end.
