- Bodyweight endurance test sandwiched between two 1,000-m runs. The buy-in run primes the legs, then the 22-minute AMRAP cycles through squats, burpees, and push-ups with no equipment needed. Each round is 44 reps of pure bodyweight work — the squats accumulate quietly while burpees and push-ups drain upper body stamina. The cash-out run on fatigued legs is the real closer. Expect 8-12 AMRAP rounds depending on conditioning.
