While one partner rows, the other holds 2 kettlebells (2x24/16 kg) in the front-rack position. 5-burpee penalty for each kettlebell drop.

Workout Details

Stimulus
Partner ladder that couples rowing with a KB front-rack hold. The rower pushes hard through descending distances while the holding partner fights the urge to break the rack under fatigue. Dropped KBs cost both athletes time via burpee penalties. Shorter rows (200, 100m) create high-speed intervals that spike heart rate on each turn. Communication and grip endurance are the key limiters.
