Stimulus
Brutally long chipper that earns its name. 300 burpees interleaved with 300 dumbbell reps across 10 movements covering the entire barbell progression. The burpees function as both active recovery and additional fatigue — by round 5 or 6 the burpees become the hardest part. Man makers at the end are the final reckoning. Budget 45–75 minutes.
