- Massive dumbbell volume chipper repeated 7 times. 1,050 reps per round, 7,350 total. Man makers and single-arm snatches test unilateral coordination and strength while OH lunges demand shoulder stability under fatigue. Weight selection is everything — too heavy and you'll spend most of the workout resting; too light and it stops being a test. Budget 45–60 minutes.
