- Stimulus
- 40-minute dumbbell complex AMRAP — light enough to cycle continuously but long enough to demand serious pacing. Five consecutive dumbbell movements form a complete chain from floor to overhead and back to back squat. Grip, legs, and shoulders all fatigue together. Athletes who pace properly should aim for 20+ rounds.
