Stimulus
A 10-movement barbell chipper at empty-bar weight — 500 barbell reps plus 1.6 km of running. Volume is the challenge, not load. The squat section crushes the legs first, the press section burns the shoulders, and the pull section tests grip and posterior chain at the end when fatigue is total.
