- An epic ascending chipper that pairs progressive running distances (100 m to 1000 m) with progressive bodyweight and light-barbell rep counts (10 to 100). The workout opens with the most demanding gymnastics — muscle-ups and HSPU — when athletes are freshest, then transitions to lighter barbell work and eventually pure bodyweight volume. The cumulative running (5500 m total) and 550 reps compound into a true test of endurance, mental toughness, and broad fitness capacity. Expect 60–90 minutes for capable athletes.
