- Long, grinding benchmark with 6 movements per round and a punishing assault bike buy-in each round. The descending rep count from 30 to 5 creates a natural funnel — the bike and lunges accumulate the most fatigue while the C2B pull-ups become the limiting gymnastic skill late in the workout.
